Question: Are the Engagement Sessions really free?

We offer free engagement sessions with all booked wedding packages. Everyone has a vision of their perfect day, and why not start off that journey with the perfect photographs! Because getting married is such a monumental event in your life, we want to follow you on this adventure from your engagement to your big day. Contact us for more details.

Question: Is there a cancellation policy?

If cancellations are required on behalf of the customer, the request must be received no less than 15-days of the scheduled session. In these instances, deposits can be transferred to another available date and must be used within 90-days of the originally scheduled photo session. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations are made less than 1-week prior to the scheduled session. In the unlikely event that the pet passes away prior to the scheduled photo session, deposits will be refunded in full.

Question: Do you take Senior Portraits?

Yes! Graduation is such a huge milestone, so of course it deserves to marked in time. Our Senior Portrait packages offer multiple outfit changes and location options. Sessions can include in-studio options.

Question: Will I receive the rights to print photos from my session?

Giggle Shack Studio will provide each customer with a stunning array of photo proofs to choose images from. Once the client has made their selection, they will be sent a file containing lightly edited and tastefully watermarked final images. Clients may print and/or share photos online, however we do require prior permission for commercial use and personal editing.

Question: Can you do Professional Headshots?

Absolutely and they don't have to be boring. Have a little fun, and maybe even giggle during your time with us! Basic packages include upto 2 outfit changes and can be done in-studio or on-location.

Question: What is the refund policy?

Refunds are unavailable due to the nature of the business. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of service will be required at the time of booking.
